Richard Pearlman and Ronald Chase dressed the whole production in a kind of total-theater, multi-media extravaganza which is complex, highly imaginative, occasionally breathtaking, and almost always eye-opening fascinating. The projections and films keep the stage alive with visual vitality, and they both reinforce and comment on the ideas of the show.
