PLAY   1990

PLAY began as an abstract book for a child's amusement. It took its subject matter from visual themes (the triangle) combined with the elements of surprise and discovery found in many children's books.  During the creating of this book Chase returned from a trip to the supermarket and discovered he had been given a dollar bill with a perfect triangle cut in the illustration.  He included it in the book.  A purely visual experience, it comes without text.
